“ Texdot is beginning to realize the huge mistake it made during the 1990s on planning the Katy Freeway Expansion removing the Railroad Tracks. We needed groups like this then. Just think of how many Levy Gardens could have been built with just a few of those mispent billions, and now we have to live with NO COMMUTER RAIL along the Katy for at least 15 years as the official TexDot Policy.. ”
