Meeting Description: We have a date for our third Getting Started Raw Workshop!

IMPORTANT: Do not RSVP! In order to get a seat in the class, you must call the cafe at 630.795.1729 and reserve your space with a major credit card (Visa, Discover or Mastercard only please). Note that the last two classes have sold out in less than 24 hours.

We will be holding it the last Sunday of June and here's the details:

The cost of this class is $75 and we eat everything we make. The class is designed to show recipes for a full day meal plan. Come with a pencil and a slew of questions - we'll go over all raw questions and more!

what is covered in the raw food class:
? preparing delicious raw food meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner
? how to prep for the day/week
? setting up your kitchen/environment
? kitchen equipment use
? additional components that make up a healthy raw food lifestyle, including the social aspects of eating raw (family, coworkers, friends)

cost:
$75.00 each. After June 15th the cost is $85.00. There will be a non-refundable $20.00 fee for cancellations less then 48 hours before the class. You can pay by phone using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover accepted) or send your check.

We are limiting the class size to 15 and class seats will be on a first come first serve basis.
