North West Food and Health Meetup

Confused about what is a healthy diet? What foods are good or bad for you? How many vitamins and minerals do you really need? How can you avoid putting on weight? Whilst we do not have all the answers, this group will give you a good background knowledge of nutrition, a sound diet and healthy eating. In addition, we plan to visit a professional chef in one of Blackpool's leading small hotels, who will prepare some straightforward nutritious meals for us and give us the receipes.
